Sales and Marketing Director
Job Description:
The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for leading and executing the company's overall sales and marketing strategy to maximize the value of its land bank and real estate portfolio. This role will focus on identifying potential retail and commercial buyers, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing a commercial and leasing division to enhance the performance of commercial areas within the company's real estate developments.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property sales, marketing management, commercial leasing, and strategic business development within the real estate or property development industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Management
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets from land sales, retail, and commercial property transactions.
- Identify and manage relationships with potential investors, tenants, and commercial partners.
- Oversee negotiation, pricing strategies, and closing of high-value land and property sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Build and execute marketing campaigns to promote company projects, both locally and regionally.
- Strengthen brand awareness through digital marketing, public relations, exhibitions, and partnerships.
- Lead the creation of promotional materials, media planning, and communication strategies.
3. Commercial & Leasing Development
- Establish and lead a Commercial & Leasing Team responsible for optimizing the performance of retail, F&B, and mixed-use commercial areas within the company's real estate projects.
- Develop leasing policies, rental pricing, and tenant mix strategies to enhance property value and visitor traffic.
- Oversee lease negotiations, tenant relations, and occupancy management.
4. Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Set departmental KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with the company's overall goals.
- Foster a results-driven and collaborative culture within the team.
5. Business Development & Partnership
- Identify new business models, joint ventures, and partnership opportunities to expand the company's commercial footprint.
- Represent the company in client meetings, property exhibitions, and industry events.
- Maintain strong networks with brokers, property consultants, and government institutions.
General Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field. - Experience:
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in sales and marketing management within the real estate or property development sector.
- Proven experience in land sales, commercial leasing, or retail development.
- Strong background in building and managing sales/marketing teams.

- In-depth understanding of property market dynamics, pricing, and investment trends.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
