Sales & Lead Generation Specialist (ZR-625)

 Job Description:

We are looking for a driven, mid-level Sales & Lead Generation Specialist who can take ownership of building and managing a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects. This role is ideal for a self-starter who knows how to prospect, qualify leads, and book meetings for the closer. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and initiating conversations with decision-makers. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and comfortable handling the entire top-of-funnel sales process—from prospecting to booking meetings for the owner in-person or Zoom.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential prospects and companies that fit our ideal customer profile
  • Generate new leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, email outreach, and other prospecting tools
  • Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Initiate conversations and introduce our services in a clear and professional manner
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest

Lead Qualification

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit
  • Ask discovery questions to assess requirements and decision-making timelines
  • Update CRM with accurate prospect information and notes

Pipeline Development

  • Build and manage a steady pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Ensure a consistent flow of meetings for the sales team

Meeting Booking

  • Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and the sales team
  • Coordinate calendars and ensure meetings are properly prepared

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong communication skills with a neutral and clear English accent
  • Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and business owners
  • Experience with prospecting tools, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple prospects at different stages
  • Self-starter mentality – able to take initiative and manage the pipeline independently
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Keap CRM and Email Marketing software
  • Familiarity with CRM management and email marketing campaigns for lead generation
  • Experience with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting platforms.
