Account Executive (SMB) - Remote Staffing Solutions (ZR-659)
Job Description:
As an Account Executive (SMB) – Remote Staffing Solutions, you will be the primary driver of new business growth within the small-to-medium business segment. You will prospect, engage, and close deals with decisionmakers at SMB companies looking to build or expand their remote workforce through 1Source BPO's staffing solutions. This is a high-energy, hunter-focused role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a consultative selling environment.
Responsibilities
- Find and reach out to SMB clients through calls, emails, and networking
- Understand client needs through discovery calls and suggest suitable staffing solutions
- Present 1Source BPO's services clearly and handle client queries
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to closing deals
- Keep CRM updated (HubSpot, Salesforce & Zoho preferred) with pipeline and follow-ups
- Work with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Meet sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (staffing, BPO, HR, or SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM tools
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with Zoho CRM
- Understanding of remote staffing or outsourcing
- Experience selling to SMB clients
