Horizon Tech is looking for a Digital Marketing & AI Generalist to own our digital marketing function end-to-end, with an AI-first mindset at the core of everything from content to campaigns.

This is a hands-on role for a self-driven marketer who's excited by AI, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and ready to build and scale the digital presence of our AI products and services in a fast-moving tech environment.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Growth

• Build and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Grow our presence across digital channels and identify new growth opportunities.
• Continuously optimize marketing performance through data-driven decisions.

AI-First Marketing

• Use AI tools to power content creation, campaign execution, automation, and reporting.
• Stay up to date with Generative AI, AI agents, LLMs, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Identify and implement AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and engagement.

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Run B2B lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths.
• Track and improve key metrics, including CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.

Brand, Website & SEO

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Manage website content, blogs, and landing pages.
• Drive on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO initiatives.
• Coordinate with designers and developers to improve website performance and user experience.

Content & Social Media

• Create content for the website, LinkedIn, social media, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and product launches.
• Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar.

Email Marketing, Automation & Reporting

• Build and manage email campaigns and automated nurture journeys.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
• Deliver regular reports with actionable insights and ROI analysis.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
• Proven success growing the digital presence of a tech, SaaS, AI, or software company.
• Demonstrated track record of generating qualified leads and managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, website/CMS management, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar to improve marketing productivity.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering concepts.
• Experience with:

  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Brevo.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or AI Marketing.
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to independently lead the marketing function.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A creative, data-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
