Sales Development Representative - Signage Industry ( ZR-623 )

 Job Description:

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the signage industry or selling signage products. This is a proactive, results-driven role not an order-taking position.

You will be responsible for generating new business, managing relationships, and eventually growing into a Sales Manager to lead the sales department. If you are a self-starter who thrives on targets and opportunity, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Book qualified in-person appointments with potential clients
  • Generate new leads through proactive outreach
  • Call existing clients to upsell and expand accounts
  • Close deals independently and drive revenue growth
  • Track sales activity, update CRM, and maintain pipeline visibility
  • Contribute to refining the sales process and building scalable systems
  • Grow into managing and mentoring a future sales team

Requirements

  • Experience in the signage industry OR proven experience selling signage products
  • Strong understanding of signage products (banners, channel letters, vehicle wraps, monument signs, etc.)
  • Experience with B2B sales and local business outreach
  • Strong English communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable with outbound sales
  • Comfortable selling value, not just competing on price
  • Self-starter mentality; results-driven and motivated by targets
  • Organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
  • Leadership potential with a desire to grow into a Sales Manager role
  • Ambitious, accountable, and long-term focused
