Horizon Tech is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphics Designer with 1 to 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals along with practical knowledge of AI-powered creative tools. The candidate must understand how to use AI as a creative assistant to enhance workflow efficiency, speed, and innovation while maintaining originality and brand consistency.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design high-quality social media posts, banners, and digital marketing creatives.
• Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create engaging ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Design brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to generate concepts, enhance visuals, and optimize workflow.
• Use AI for background removal, mockups, idea generation, content enhancement, and layout assistance.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Revise and optimize creatives based on performance feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.

SKILLS:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Practical knowledge of AI-based design tools (generative design, smart editing, content enhancement tools).
• Ability to integrate AI into workflow while maintaining originality.
• Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing creatives.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


AI & MODERN WORKFLOW EXPECTATIONS

• Have strong AI sense and utilization ability
• Understand how to use AI as a creative assistant, not as a replacement
• Be capable of generating multiple design concepts using AI tools 
• Know how to refine AI-generated outputs professionally
• Stay updated with emerging AI design technologies and trends


NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Experience in reel creation or short-form video content.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with AI image generation, AI mockups, or automation tools.
