Business Development Specialist – AI Voice/Enterprise Solutions (ZR-662)

 Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist – AI Voice (Enterprise/Corporate & Franchisee), a specialized sales role focused on driving adoption of AI Voice solutions among enterprise clients, corporate accounts, and multi-unit franchise operators. You will identify high-value prospects, build strategic relationships, and close new business by demonstrating how AI Voice can dramatically improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue generation. This role blends business development hustle with strategic account thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue enterprise, corporate, and franchise opportunities for 1Source BPO's AI Voice solutions.
  • Develop outreach strategies targeting multi-unit franchisors, corporate chains, and enterprise operations leaders.
  • Engage franchise development teams, COOs, VP of Operations, and IT/Technology leaders as primary stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-impact product demos showcasing AI Voice capabilities including inbound call handling, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and customer engagement automation.
  • Build business cases and ROI models tailored to franchise networks and corporate operations.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments, working with franchise owners, corporate IT, legal, and procurement.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the AI implementation and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding for large accounts.
  • Represent 1Source BPO at franchise expos, industry conferences, and corporate networking events.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly new business targets and pipeline development KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 3–7+ years of business development or enterprise/franchise sales experience.
  • Experience selling technology, SaaS, AI, or communications solutions to enterprise or franchise clients.
  • Understanding of franchise business models and multi-unit operational structures.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Strong ability to translate technical AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with AI voice technology, conversational AI, or contact center solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (Zoho) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA a plus.
