We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer to manage, customize, and optimize our Odoo platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Odoo POS and Accounting modules and will be responsible for improving workflows, troubleshooting issues, and training users to ensure accurate system usage and accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo applications based on business requirements.
• Manage and optimize Odoo POS (Point of Sale) and Accounting modules.
• Configure workflows to ensure accurate recording of sales transactions, payments, inventory movements, and accounting entries.
• Troubleshoot Odoo issues and provide technical support to users.
• Customize existing modules and develop new features when required.
• Ensure seamless integration between POS operations and accounting processes.
• Review and improve current Odoo workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo POS, Odoo Accounting, Sales Management, and Inventory Management modules, including customization, implementation, and process optimization.
• Create documentation and best practices for daily Odoo operations.
• Collaborate with management to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Odoo development and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo POS, Odoo Accounting, Sales Management, and Inventory Management modules.
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and the Odoo framework (preferred).
• Experience with Odoo customization, module development, and debugging.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and their application within Odoo.
• Ability to train non-technical users and explain processes clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing complete Odoo implementations.
• Experience improving business workflows through automation.
• Knowledge of Odoo version upgrades and migration processes.
