They are the business partner of choice for leading IVF clinicians with the goal of achieving global best clinical outcomes, an international reputation for excellence and exceptional patient experiences. They provide partner clinics with back-office support and a collaborative synergistic medical-scientific, professional and business environment.

About the Role

We are hiring a Product Manager to take full ownership of driving product success within our Technology function. Reporting to the Head of Product & Data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the tools and systems that power our fertility clinics across Canada and North America.

You will act as the bridge between business needs, design, and development, ensuring alignment, clarity, and accountability across the product lifecycle.

This role requires someone who excels in execution and delivery, turning strategy into action and ensuring ideas translate into real outcomes. While primarily focused on hands-on delivery, you will also stay informed about market trends and comparable digital health products to refine and inform the feature roadmap.

This is a role for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, drives progress through collaboration, and thrives on transforming plans into tangible results that improve the experience for both patients and clinic teams.

Based in Pakistan, you will collaborate closely with teams across time zones, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and delivery in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Documentation

  • Translate business strategy, problems, and ideas into structured product solutions.
  • Create user stories, BRDs/PRDs, workflows, and process maps for clear team alignment.
  • Develop low-fidelity wireframes and solution concepts using tools such as Figma or Miro.
  • Validate solution concepts with clinics, business teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with clinics, clinical operations, finance, marketing, and internal business teams to understand needs and confirm solutions.
  • Facilitate discussions that ensure clarity around requirements, workflows, and expected outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinic teams to ensure continuous feedback and solution relevance.

Execution Support

  • Collaborate with engineering and the scrum master throughout development to clarify requirements and support decision-making.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and relevant ceremonies to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Review completed work to ensure alignment with solution intent and requirements.

Data-Driven Product Decisions

  • Define success metrics and OKRs for each feature or enhancement.
  • Use product analytics, operational data, and stakeholder feedback to monitor performance.
  • Recommend improvements or iterations based on data and insights.

Clinic Relationship Management

  • Engage regularly with clinics to gather insights, observe workflows, validate solutions, and ensure readiness for adoption.
  • Ensure that solution designs align with clinic processes and improve efficiency and user experience.

Research & Market Awareness

  • Stay informed about digital health, fertility tech, and industry best practices.
  • Perform competitive and market research to identify opportunities and enhance solution approaches.
  • Explore emerging tools and concepts and share insights that support product evolution.

Product Demos & Communication

  • Lead internal demos of solution concepts and completed features.
  • Document product updates, solution decisions, and implementation details for clear team communication.
  • Provide structured updates on feature progress, validation outcomes, and success metrics.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management in a digital environment.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, UX/UI, operations, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in digital health, healthtech, or clinical operations tools is preferred.

Skills & Attributes

  • Ability to translate business needs into clear workflows, user stories, and solution designs.
  • Hands-on experience creating user flows, process maps, and low-fidelity wireframes.
  • Strong communication skillswritten, visual, and verbalwith excellent documentation capability.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to define and measure success metrics.
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders to validate and refine solutions.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Schedule:

  • Work hours 3 PM to 12 AM PKT (Mon - Fri)
