Data Entry Specialist

 Job Description:

Horizon Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for our US-based client. The role primarily involves accurate data entry, supporting payroll and tax processes, and handling routine bookkeeping tasks

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of US-based data entry experience
  • Basic English speaking skills for query handling
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills, especially Excel formulas
  • Intermediate qualification / B.Com is a plus
  • Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Enter financial data accurately into other systems
  • Assist with payroll and tax-related data entry
  • Respond to queries professionally and gather essential information
  • Provide basic customer support and respond to emails
  • Maintain organized digital records of financial data
  • Work night shifts as required

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of payroll and tax management
  • Experience with payroll tax calculations
  • Ability to prepare bank statements
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

  • Job Location: Shaheed-E-Millat Road, off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
  • Job Timings: Onsite, evening night shift following US CST (8 PM PKT to 5 AM PKT)
