Data Entry Specialist
Job Description:
Horizon Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for our US-based client. The role primarily involves accurate data entry, supporting payroll and tax processes, and handling routine bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
- 1–2 years of US-based data entry experience
- Basic English speaking skills for query handling
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate with strong MS Office skills, especially Excel formulas
- Intermediate qualification / B.Com is a plus
- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Enter financial data accurately into other systems
- Assist with payroll and tax-related data entry
- Respond to queries professionally and gather essential information
- Provide basic customer support and respond to emails
- Maintain organized digital records of financial data
- Work night shifts as required
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Knowledge of payroll and tax management
- Experience with payroll tax calculations
- Ability to prepare bank statements
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

- Job Location: Shaheed-E-Millat Road, off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
- Job Timings: Onsite, evening night shift following US CST (8 PM PKT to 5 AM PKT)
