Horizon Tech is looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer who understands how to design for physical products, print production, and eCommerce. This is not a purely creative role it requires someone who can produce high-volume, production-ready designs for a wide range of small-format products and marketing materials.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in promo products, packaging, or print production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product & Print Design (Core Responsibility)

• Create print-ready designs for:
  • Microfiber cleaning cloths (custom branding/logos)
    
  • Eyeglass cases and packaging
    
  • Cleaner bottles, labels, and kits
    
• Prepare files for production (bleeds, DPI, color accuracy, sizing)
  
• Adapt customer logos into clean, print-ready layouts for small surfaces

2. Catalog & eCommerce Design

• Design product images for website listings (clean, consistent SKU presentation)
  
• Create product mockups and variations
  
• Assist in maintaining visual consistency across 200+ SKUs
  

3. Marketing & Promotional Materials

• Design brochures, flyers, and email creatives
  
• Create simple but effective promotional graphics (offers, bundles, deals)
  
• Support trade show materials and sales collateral
  

4. Production Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs are feasible for printing
  
• Adjust artwork based on production limitations (materials, size constraints, printing methods)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in print design, product design, or promotional merchandise
  
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  
• Solid understanding of:
  • Print production (CMYK, DPI, bleed, file formats)
    
  • Designing for small surfaces and physical products
    
• Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive design work efficiently
  
• Strong attention to detail (critical for production accuracy)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with:
  • Promotional products (branded merchandise)
    
  • Packaging or label design
    
  • eCommerce product image design
    
• Familiarity with bulk SKU environments or catalog-based businesses
