Front Desk Officer (FDO) / Administrative Officer

 Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Officer / Administrative Officer with at least 2 years of experience to manage front desk operations and provide day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling visitors, calls, and office coordination while ensuring smooth administrative workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, phone calls, and email inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor log, attendance records, and office documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (courier, letters, emails).
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory tracking.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of reception area.
  • Assist HR/Admin team in daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Desk / Admin role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in corporate office environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR/Admin processes.
  • Good telephone etiquette and client handling skills.
