We are looking for a skilled Prepress Specialist to join one of our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in prepress operations, including file preparation, color management, imposition, and proofing. Experience with Kodak Prinergy is highly preferred.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience in a prepress role within a printing or packaging environment.
• Preferred experience with Kodak Prinergy or similar workflow automation software.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other prepress software.
• Understanding of color management, RIPs, trapping, and imposition.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. 
• Familiarity with variable data printing (VDP) and PDF workflow automation.
• Knowledge of different printing processes such as offset, flexographic, and digital printing.
• Experience working with proofing systems and quality control measures.

 Responsibilities:· 

• Prepare and process digital files for printing, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Work with Kodak Prinergy and other prepress software for workflow automation and file processing.
• Perform color corrections, trapping, and imposition to meet printing requirements.
• Review and troubleshoot artwork files to ensure they meet press specifications.
• Coordinate with designers, printers, and production teams to maintain efficient workflows.
• Manage and maintain prepress equipment and software.
• Ensure compliance with printing industry standards and best practices.
