IT Support Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking for "IT Support Executive" who will provide comprehensive IT support to clients, both on-site and remotely, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of technical issues.
Must Haves:
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software components.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Experience with network administration and configuration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory user management and security best practices.
- Setup and Manage Routers.
- Familiarity with data backup and recovery procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have atleast 3 years of experience.
- Must have own bike.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Visit On-site client location to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve computer system issues and printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Provide remote technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, network connectivity, and system configurations.
- Install and configure computer systems, including hardware and software components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and drivers.
Network Management:
- Provide technical support to customers looking for Email support, setup Pop3 Email accounts, configure incoming and outgoing server settings, outlook datafile and user profile creation.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
Configure routers, switches to ensure optimal network performance and security.
Active Directory Management:
- Create, manage, and modify user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
- Implement security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data.
User Backup:
User Backup:
- Manage and implement backup procedures to safeguard critical data.
- Restore data from backups as needed to recover from system failures or data loss.
Mikrotik Router Management:
- Manage IT Assets & inventory Update IT.
- Configure and manage Mikrotik routers for network routing, firewalling, and quality of service (QoS) management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mikrotik router configurations.
Other Details:
- Job Timings: 9 am - 6 pm (Morning Fixed)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
