Jr. HR Ops Officer/Coordinator
Job Description:
Horizon Tech is looking to hire Jr. HR Ops Officers/Coordinators into their HR team to provide support to the multiple divisions including BPO, IT & Software development.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees, including Employee form signing, onboarding sessions, and managing document collection.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, attendance, and leave management.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and revision of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and timely disbursements.
- Prepare professional HR-related letters, reports, and documentation as needed.
- Design and deliver effective presentations on HR initiatives and updates.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in HR OPS / relevant proven internship or fresh can also apply with solid understanding of HR OPS.
- Graduates in related discipline or final year students can also apply.
- Good understanding of HRIS or atleast basic knowledge.
Other details:
- Its Karachi-based on-site role, office is located in PECHS, Block 6 near main baloch colony, off to Shahra-e-Faisal
- Rotational shift timings morning, evening, and night (Monday -Friday with alternate Saturdays)
