Junior Administrative Officer
Job Description:
The Junior Admin Officer supports the organization's daily operations by providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support on daily operations to various departments.
- Maintain records and data for the Admin store.
- Checking electrical equipment like the main panel, UPS, batteries and generator.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, and purchase petty cash items as needed.
- Supervise in general office tasks such as housekeeping and general maintenance.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support the team with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Handle staff inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate responses on WhatsApp.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Atleast intermediate or above.
- Prior 01 to 02 years experience in an administration department.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
