Client Services Coordinator (ZR-355)

 Job Description:

Horizon Technologies is urgently looking to hire a Client Service Coordinator for one of its clients based in the US. Ideal candidate would be

  1. Immediately available
  2. Have 3+ years of experience in a similar manner
  3. Have industry experience in Hospitality, eCommerce, and Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES

Outreach

  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Tools: GMail, Google Meet, Zoom, social media, Etc.,

Client Support

  • Provide pricing and delivery information, process orders, prepare proposals
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact
  • Handle customer issues, discrepancies, and backorders
  • Tools: SAGE, HubSpot, CommonSku, GMail, Google Meet, Zoom, Social Media, Etc.,

Project Management

  • Coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Track orders, verify specifications, and communicate status updates
  • Tools: SAGE, HubSpot, CommonSku

Relationship Building

  • Build rapport with prospects and gain deep understanding of their needs
  • Build relationships with potential and existing customers to gather feedback
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Tools: Email, Phone Call, Communication Tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Discord, Skype)

Organize Contact Data

  • Set up and manage a CRM or contact list
  • Tools: SAGE, HubSpot

General Administration

  • Email Management, Internal Communication, RFQs
  • Tools: Various

Market and Audience Research

  • Perform research to gather information about industry best practices, competitors, etc.
  • Tools: Various

  • Job Timings: Afternoon/Night Shift (on-site)
  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi.
