Job Description:
Horizon Technologies is urgently looking to hire a Client Service Coordinator for one of its clients based in the US. Ideal candidate would be
- Immediately available
- Have 3+ years of experience in a similar manner
- Have industry experience in Hospitality, eCommerce, and Marketing
RESPONSIBILITIES
Outreach
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Tools: GMail, Google Meet, Zoom, social media, Etc.,
Client Support
- Provide pricing and delivery information, process orders, prepare proposals
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
- Handle customer issues, discrepancies, and backorders
- Tools: SAGE, HubSpot, CommonSku, GMail, Google Meet, Zoom, Social Media, Etc.,
Project Management
- Coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Track orders, verify specifications, and communicate status updates
- Tools: SAGE, HubSpot, CommonSku
Relationship Building
- Build rapport with prospects and gain deep understanding of their needs
- Build relationships with potential and existing customers to gather feedback
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Tools: Email, Phone Call, Communication Tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Discord, Skype)
Organize Contact Data
- Set up and manage a CRM or contact list
- Tools: SAGE, HubSpot
General Administration
- Email Management, Internal Communication, RFQs
- Tools: Various
Market and Audience Research
- Perform research to gather information about industry best practices, competitors, etc.
- Tools: Various
Other Details:
- Job Timings: Afternoon/Night Shift (on-site)
- Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi.
