We are seeking a talented and creative Sign Designer to join our team.He will be responsible to manage the permitting process for signage projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, local government agencies, and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and timely completion of projects. Applicant should be highly creative and have solid graphic design skills as well as vinyl application skills. 

Must Haves

• Experience: Proven minimum of 2 years of experience in sign design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing signage projects
• Software Skills: Expertise in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential. 
• Knowledge of sign making software such as SignLab, CAS-Mate, AutoCad, Inspire, or Graphix Advantage is excellent.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to interact with clients and team members to gather requirements and present concepts effectively. Fluent English speaking skills are required for this role.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality

Responsibilities

• Review and process permit applications for signage projects.
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation.
• Communicate with local government agencies to ensure compliance.
• Track the status of permit applications and provide updates.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to permit applications.
• Maintain accurate records of all permit applications.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the permitting process.

• Job Timings: Night shift following US EST Time Zone (night shift)
• Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup).
