We are seeking a skilled and analytical Zoho Implementation Specialist to manage the end-to-end implementation, integration, and support of Zoho Recruit and Zoho People. You will work closely with leadership, HR, and recruitment teams to customize workflows, automate processes, ensure data integrity, and improve user adoption.

Must Haves

• Proven experience implementing and managing Zoho Recruit and Zoho People
• 3+ years in a Zoho admin or implementation role, preferably in a staffing or BPO company
• Deep understanding of recruiting workflows, applicant tracking, HRIS systems, and time/attendance tracking
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to train and support users with varying levels of tech proficiency
• Familiarity with third-party integrations, APIs, and data mapping

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certifications (Zoho Recruit/People Admin or Consultant)
• Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, or other Zoho One apps
  

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of Zoho Recruit and Zoho People implementations
• Customize and configure modules, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and user roles
• Integrate Zoho Recruit with job boards, LinkedIn, email, and SMS platforms
• Configure onboarding workflows, leave management, timesheets, and performance reviews in Zoho People
• Migrate existing data from legacy systems into Zoho with accuracy and consistency
• Train recruiters, HR staff, and team leads on using Zoho tools efficiently
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, enhancements, and system updates
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver scalable solutions
• Document processes, create SOPs, and ensure compliance with data privacy and internal policies.
