We are seeking an experienced Sales/Project Manager with a strong background in the signage and design industry. This role blends client-facing sales with hands-on project management. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the execution of signage projects from concept to installation.

Must Haves

• 3-5 years of experience in the signage, large-format printing, or visual design industry.
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com, Salesforce). (optional)
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and architectural plans is a plus. (optional)

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the signage and design market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Oversee projects from initial concept through production to final installation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
• Resolve issues, manage changes, and ensure client satisfaction.
