We are looking for a proactive and communicative Lead Generation Expert candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to generate high-quality leads for our printing services, increase conversions by following up on estimates and client inquiries and develop strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and engagement.

Must Haves

• Proven experience in lead generation, particularly for B2B companies.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reaching clients via email, phone, and social media.
• Ability to follow up on leads consistently, especially estimates, over 15 days or more.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities

• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns to reach potential clients and generate leads.
• Social Media Outreach: Engage with prospective clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to build relationships and generate interest in our services.
• Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce our services, qualify leads, and follow up on estimates.
• Follow-Up on Estimates: Ensure follow-up on estimates for at least 15 days or until a decision is made.
• CRM Management: Regularly update and manage our CRM with lead details, communication history, and next steps.
• Client Engagement: Call clients regularly to maintain relationships, discuss their needs, and nurture leads over time.
• Strategy Development: Work with the team to optimize our lead generation strategy, suggest new tactics, and refine current methods.
• Platform Expertise: Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and any other effective platforms to generate leads and engage with prospective clients.
• Additional Tasks: Handle any additional lead generation or sales follow-up tasks that may arise.

• Job Timings: Night shift following US PST (Night Shift)
• Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup).
