Jr. HR Ops Officer
Job Description:
Horizon Tech is looking to hire a Jr. HR Ops Officer for their HR team to support the multiple divisions including BPO, IT & Software development.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees, including Employee form signing, onboarding sessions, and managing document collection.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, attendance, and leave management.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to developing, implementing, and revising HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and timely disbursements.
- Prepare professional HR-related letters, reports, and documentation as needed.
- Design and deliver effective presentations on HR initiatives and updates.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 1.5 years in the HR department (preferred, but freshers with relevant skills may also be considered).
- Graduates in related disciplines or final-year students can also apply.
- Good hands-on experience with Core Applications in MS Office e.g. MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on HRIS portals (prior experience will be an added advantage).
Other details:
- Its Karachi-based on-site role, office is located in PECHS, Block 6 near the main Baloch colony, off to Shahrah-e-Faisal
- Rotational shift timings morning, evening, and night (Monday -Friday with alternate Saturdays)
