As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship with our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services

- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate team members

- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus

- Fluent in English and Urdu; knowledge of other languages is a plus
