Operations Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, streamlining workflows, and driving efficiency. The Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that the organization runs smoothly while providing the highest quality of care and service to the offshore team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operational functions within the organization, ensuring processes are efficient and in line with company objectives. This includes (but not limited to) liaison between the senior leadership and the offshore team, ensuring product/services flow, and supporting staff.
- Lead, mentor, and manage operations staff, including customer support, logistics, and clinical teams. Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on patient satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Ensure that all operations adhere to relevant medical and healthcare regulations, including patient privacy laws, safety standards, and industry certifications.
- Manage operational budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of care or service.
- Oversee inventory management for medical supplies, equipment, and medications. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing waste or overstocking.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure seamless coordination of medical services and operational activities.
- Develop and enforce policies to ensure high standards of quality and safety in all operational processes. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and operational performance, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Implement changes to enhance service delivery and patient care.
- Oversee the integration and maintenance of healthcare technologies and systems (e.g., electronic medical records, scheduling, and billing systems).
- Identify potential operational risks (e.g., clinical, financial, or reputational) and develop mitigation strategies to reduce potential impacts.
Qualifications:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations, including 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing healthcare delivery operations, logistics, staff, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with budget management, financial forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Job Timings: The night shift follows the US Central Time Zone.
- Work days: Mon-Friday (On-site)
- Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
