Job Description:
1. CLIENT SUCCESS SKILLS
Responsibilities:
· Send invoices / collect payments
· Client update meetings
· Schedule meetings with clients
· Send content to clients
· Onboard clients
· Reply/send updates to clients
· Maintain an organized email inbox (Inbox Zero)
Requirements
· Invoice Processing:
· Specific: Send invoices to all clients at the start of each month.
· Measurable: Ensure at least 90% of invoices are paid within 30 days.
· Attainable: Utilize the company's invoicing system.
· Realistic: Can be achieved with regular follow-ups.
· Timely: Completed by the end of each month.
· Client Meetings:
· Specific: Conduct weekly update meetings with all active clients.
· Measurable: Maintain a 100% meeting completion rate each week.
· Attainable: Use scheduling software to set up meetings.
· Realistic: Possible with proper time management.
· Timely: Conducted every week.
· Client Communications:
· Specific: Respond to all client emails within 24 hours.
· Measurable: Maintain a response rate of 95% within 24 hours.
· Attainable: Set aside time daily for email management.
· Realistic: Feasible with disciplined scheduling.
· Timely: Ongoing daily.
