Horizon Tech is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate will manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to enhance hiring efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in technical recruiting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, preferably in IT, software development, or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of technical job requirements, skill sets, and sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

    Other Details:

    • Job Timings: The Night Shift follows the US Time Zone.
    • Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
    • Remote Working: In the case of remote work, a separate workspace and the required gadgets (laptop- Core i5 6th generation minimum, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup) will be arranged by the candidate.
