Sales Support Specialist (ZR-312)

 Job Description:

The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. This role involves handling web and phone inquiries, managing data entry tasks, and utilizing NetSuite CRM to maintain accurate records. Initially, the Sales Support Specialist will transfer calls to more experienced team members, but will gradually take on more responsibilities as they become fully trained.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via web and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide initial information and assistance to customers before transferring calls to sales representatives.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved satisfactorily.


Sales Assistance:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Utilize NetSuite CRM to update and maintain customer records and sales data.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports and presentations.


Training and Development:

  • Participate in ongoing training to gain a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Gradually take on more complex inquiries and handle them independently as training progresses.

Requirements:

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, particularly NetSuite, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
