Documentation Control Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking for the Documentation Control Officer for one of our US based client who will be responsible for preparing and maintaining comprehensive mortgage documents concerning United States Lenders. This role involves ensuring compliance with Lenders, preparing necessary filings, and supporting the overall mortgage loan preparation process within the organization.
Must Haves
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation, organization, and archiving of company documents and ensure that all documents are easily accessible to authorized personnel.
- Maintain version control and ensure proper labeling, updating, and approval processes for all company documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments (legal, project management, finance, etc.) to ensure documentation is prepared and submitted on time.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders for document-related queries and submissions.
- Provide administrative support to the team in drafting documents, preparing reports, and handling confidential files.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, legal matters, or compliance inspections.
- Maintain detailed logs and databases for document history, approvals, revisions, and versions.
- Ensure that all documents comply with company formats, branding, and standards of quality.
