Receptionist (ZR-356)

 Job Description:

Horizon Technologies is seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team (onsite). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily front desk tasks, providing virtual assistance (VA), and monitoring assigned activities (training will be provided).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage appointments and schedules.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.
  • Assist with inquiries and provide information about the company's services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional demeanour and a positive attitude

  • Job Timings: Night shift (Onsite) following US time zone (Mon - Fri)
