Digital Marketer (ZR-314)

 Job Description:

The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Mineola Signs and its products or services. This role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.


​Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email, blogs, and websites. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Schedule and publish posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and promote new products or services. Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategy.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising. Monitor budgets and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience in the signs industry or sector relevant to the company.
