Bookkeeper (OR - 00493)
Job Description:
Horizon Tech is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and administrative tasks, with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and audit support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage & Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes.
- Audit and oversee all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Support administrative tasks related to accounting as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 - 4 years of accounting and administrative experience.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
OTHER DETAILS:
- Job Timings: The Night shift follows the US-CST Time Zone.
- Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
- Remote Working: In the case of remote, a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Core i5, 6th generation minimum, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup) will be arranged by the candidate.
