 Job Description:

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies across various digital platforms. This role involves managing email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, overseeing ads, merchant meta management, social media presence, and organic content creation. Your goal is to drive engagement, boost sales, and grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. Create segmented campaigns, track performance, and optimize for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Optimize ad spend and target the right audience to maximize ROI.
  • Merchant Meta Management: Oversee the accuracy and optimization of merchant product listings on various platforms, ensuring consistency and visibility.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest). Engage with the community, respond to inquiries, and grow followers organically.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content across all digital channels. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other media.
  • SEO and Organic Growth: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Monitor website traffic and adjust strategies to increase organic growth.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns. Generate reports and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product/catalogue manager, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices. Apply new strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of the market.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce. Experience with Klaviyo, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and effective marketing content.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including SEO tools, social media management tools, and analytics software.
  • Fast-paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. work effectively as part of a remote team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
