 Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and sales opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keep in touch with current and potential clients to maintain trust and explore new sales avenues.
  • Process sales orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Use your knowledge of industry trends and product features to attract new business. 
  • Introduce fresh sales strategies and ideas.
  • Create engaging presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Research and procure necessary equipment and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in technical sales.
  • Proficient understanding of computer technology and its applications.
  • Familiarity with the Software Industry & Development and Digital Marketing services.
  • Proficiency in key areas such as:
  1. Market analysis
  2. Customer relationship management
  3. Product demonstration and presentation
  4. Negotiation techniques


SKILLS:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients in your assigned area.
  • Meet and exceed daily sales targets.
  • Cold call potential leads and turn them into clients.
  • Present and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Recommend additional products and services to clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements.
  • Look for opportunities to expand our product offerings and market reach.
  • Report to your manager regularly.
