Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, strategic, and tech-savvy Project Manager to oversee projects across our diverse portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, an excellent note-keeper, proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Click Up, Asana, and capable of ensuring smooth workflow and on-time deliverables.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who understands branding and product Positioning while excelling in team coordination, KPI tracking, and operational efficiency.
The Project Manager will also be responsible for conducting daily stand-ups, tracking employee KPIs, and ensuring project milestones are met across different marketing and branding initiatives.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree (from IBA / IoBM / LUMS university) in Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or branding environment.
- Strong expertise in project management tools (Jira, Click Up, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Excellent note-taking, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing workflows, and digital initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms quickly.
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Task Management:
- Manage and oversee projects across multiple brands, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Use project management tools (Jira, Click Up, Asana, etc.) to assign, track, and manage tasks efficiently.
- Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration between teams (marketing, design, product, sales).
- Facilitate timely execution of marketing, branding, and digital initiatives.
Meeting Management & Documentation:
- Maintain detailed meeting notes, minutes, and follow-ups, ensuring all action items are completed.
- Organize and lead daily stand-ups, weekly team check-ins, and strategy alignment meetings.
- Communicate project updates, roadblocks, and next steps effectively to stakeholders.
KPI Tracking & Performance Reporting:
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees and teams.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and analyze trends to improve efficiency.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align project execution with broader business goals.
- Strategically plan and implement workflow optimizations to enhance productivity.
- Ensure all teams adhere to deadlines and quality standards.
Technology & Process Optimization:
- Leverage technology to automate and streamline project management workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest project management and marketing tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and support team members on best practices for using project management tools.

- Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
