We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist with expertise in social media outreach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to influencers on behalf of our clients to facilitate collaborations, as well as providing top-notch customer support to answer queries and questions from clients. Social Media Outreach:

  • Identify and engage with influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) based on clients' target lists.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to initiate and nurture collaborations with influencers.
  • Craft compelling and personalized messages to pitch collaboration opportunities to influencers.
  • Maintain a database of influencer contacts, outreach activities, and collaboration progress.
  • Monitor and report on the success of influencer campaigns and provide feedback to clients.


Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, accurate information via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support the sales process by preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in organizing and managing sales events, webinars, and meetings.


Customer Support:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.
  • Gather client feedback and provide insights to the product development and marketing teams.
