Insurance Sales Support Representative (ZR-668)
Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable managing leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, email, and messaging
- Qualifies leads and live-transfers them or books a meeting.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM (ReadyMode preferred)
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups for conversions
- Collaborate with team via Slack for updates and coordination
- Track performance and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (clear/neutral accent preferred)
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles
- Hands-on experience with ReadyMode CRM (required)
- Comfortable using Slack for communication
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience in insurance or e-commerce sales
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
- Proven track record in lead conversion or sales performance
