Horizon Tech is hiring a hands-on Full Stack Developer to build and scale a core digital platform that enables businesses to securely liquidate IT assets (laptops, devices, etc.) through a streamlined and compliant process. You will take full ownership of the platform, working across frontend, backend, database, and pricing systems, with a strong focus on building a scalable V1 product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend for enterprise users
• Develop user-facing interfaces including asset upload flows, asset creation tools, and real-time pricing dashboards
• Design and build backend services including APIs for asset ingestion, pricing logic, and user authentication
• Develop a dynamic pricing engine using asset attributes and real-time market data
• Design and implement scalable database architecture for asset records and pricing data
• Implement enterprise-grade security practices including data encryption, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit logging
• Architect scalable systems with long-term performance, reliability, and growth in mind
• Handle CSV ingestion and bulk data processing for asset uploads
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure clean code practices including version control, documentation, and maintainable architecture

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer building production-grade applications
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js / Next.js, Node.js or Python, and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Proven experience building and launching V1 products from scratch with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, backend architecture, and data-driven systems
• Experience with scalable system design and architectural decision-making
• Familiarity with CSV ingestion systems and handling large datasets
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a strong plus
• Experience with marketplace platforms or pricing engine development is a plus
• Knowledge of IT hardware and asset lifecycle is an advantage
• Familiarity with AI-driven pricing, workflow automation, or marketplace integrations is a plus
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
