Treasury Associate
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Management
- Monitor daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts
- Assist in cash flow forecasting for short-term and long-term cash needs.
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts to ensure accurate balances
Banking and Transactions:
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage accounts and resolve issues.
- Process bank transactions, including wire transfers, ACH payments, trade financing and bank fees.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
Risk Management:
- Monitor and manage exposure to currency fluctuations and interest rate changes.
- Handle foreign currency transactions and support hedging activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with accounting, finance and other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Provide treasury expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions and related documentation.
- Support the Corporate Controller with budget preparation and financial planning.
- Assist with audits and compliance reviews as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a treasury, finance, or accounting role, typically 0-2 years.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
