Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Business Growth

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and business opportunities to identify new growth areas.
  • Define target customer profiles and market segments to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
  • Establish marketing performance metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support management decision-making.

Campaign Conceptualization, Development & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end conceptualization, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop creative concepts, brand messaging, and communication materials.
  • Optimize the marketing mix across offline, digital, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee traditional media channels, including print, outdoor, and broadcast media.
  • Drive customer engagement through roadshows, promotions, and brand activations.
  • Develop compelling digital content and oversee influencer collaborations to boost brand awareness.
  • Manage social media platforms and create personalized re-marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and enhance the end-to-end customer journey across all touchpoints.

Brand Communication & Public Relations

  • Develop and manage internal and external communication strategies.
  • Monitor and mitigate brand reputation risks.
  • Lead crisis management communication plans when necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Assess and enhance the effectiveness of public relations initiatives.

Budget & Performance Monitoring

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Track and review expenses, ROI, and campaign performance.
  • Utilize web analytics and performance dashboards to refine marketing strategies.
  • Apply data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and optimize conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong passion and proven experience in brand marketing for beauty and knowledge of consumer goods (beauty industry is a plus).
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
  • Expertise in retail, trade or digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to develop data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in PR, brand management, and customer engagement strategies.
