Public Relations Manager
Job Description:
Position: Communications Manager / Head of Communications
1. Strategy & Planning
-
Develop communication strategies for Rich Nguyens personal brand and the Rich Nguyen Academy ecosystem.

Build periodic communication plans quarterly, annual, and per specific campaigns.
2. Multi-channel Communications
-
Manage and develop all communication platforms: Website, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Email, Zalo OA, press, television, and PR channels.

Plan and execute content campaigns tailored to target audience segments and communication channels.
3. Brand Content & Image Development

Collaborate in producing brand-aligned content for the speaker and training programs (articles, videos, podcasts, advertisements, and visual materials).

Define and guide the communication style for Rich Nguyens personal brand including tone of voice, imagery, and storytelling direction.
4. Event & Internal Communications

Coordinate and implement communication plans for key events such as talk shows, seminars (offline/online), and core training programs.

Build and execute internal communication activities to strengthen team engagement and company culture.
5. Measurement & Optimization

Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness; propose adjustments to content and channel strategies.

Report regularly to the Board of Directors on communication performance metrics, PR campaigns, and personal branding outcomes.
6. Department Management

Oversee and manage communication budgets by quarter and year; allocate resources effectively for each campaign.

Continuously improve departmental processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Recruit, train, and evaluate team members performance within the communications department.
Requirements

Education: College or Bachelors degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a communications management role or equivalent.

Preference for candidates with experience in personal branding, education/training, investment, or self-development industries.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Income: Up to 40,000,000 50,000,000 VND/month.

Base Salary: 25,000,000 35,000,000 VND/month (based on experience) + KPI Bonus.

Training: Advanced professional training courses twice per year.

Company Activities: Annual travel, teambuilding, and corporate events (45 times/year).

Insurance: Full participation in Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance per state regulations.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday morning (half-day off on Saturday).

Days Off: Saturday afternoon, Sunday, and all public holidays as per government policy.
