Country Manager of Marketing Operations

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement Vietnams end-to-end marketing operations strategy, aligned with regional/global direction.
  • Lead digital-first initiatives across performance marketing, SEO, CRM, automation, paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), and website management.
  • Build and execute annual and quarterly marketing calendars, campaigns, and investment plans.
  • Oversee cross-functional execution across Content & Social Media, Event Operations, Digital Marketing, and Contact Center.
  • Drive innovation by piloting new channels, partnerships, and technologies with potential to scale regionally.
  • Own Vietnams marketing KPIs, ensuring measurable ROI across digital, content, events, and customer engagement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and vendor compliance.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to both country and regional leadership.
  • Inspire and coach a team of 4 functional managers and 4050 staff, building expertise in digital, content, and event marketing.

Requirements

Essential

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with strong expertise in digital/performance marketing.
  • Proven success leading integrated marketing across content, events, digital, and customer engagement.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing multi-function teams.
  • Hands-on experience running multi-million-dollar paid media campaigns (preferably in educational services).
  • Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Preferred

  • Experience in agency (digital/performance), FMCG, e-commerce, or MNC environments.
  • Background in multinational matrix organizations.
