Sales Director
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve the overall revenue targets of the entire system.
Lead, manage, and train the Sales & Customer Service teams, building a disciplined, performance-driven culture focused on conquering KPIs and continuously improving productivity.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to convert leads into revenue and optimize the customer conversion funnel.
Be data-driven: track and analyze business performance daily/weekly/monthly and implement solutions for continuous growth.
Expand market reach and customer relationships by developing VIP customer policies and implementing upsell/cross-sell strategies to maximize revenue.
Hands-on market leadership: stay closely involved with on-site operations, deeply understand customer needs, and lead the team by real actions in the field
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in business management within the aesthetic, beauty, premium healthcare, or high-end service industries.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
Strong passion for numbers and performance, with KPIs and revenue as key success metrics.
Strategic mindset with the willingness to work directly with the sales team on the ground.
Strong leadership, motivation, and team-building skills.
Ability to perform under high pressure, with a competitive mindset and a strong desire to win big.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Location: 66 Xuan Dieu Street, Tay Ho District, Hanoi, Vietnam
