Job Purpose

Thientu BPO & HR is a leading outsourcing company providing high-quality business solutions to international clients across multiple industries. We are currently seeking a committed and detail-oriented Telesales Supervisor.

A telesales supervisor manages a team of telesales representatives by setting sales goals, developing strategies, and tracking performance. Key duties include providing training and coaching, conducting performance reviews, analyzing sales data, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets. The role also involves handling customer complaints and collaborating with other departments.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Team management: Oversee the daily activities of a telesales team, including setting performance goals and tracking progress.

  • Strategy and implementation: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

  • Coaching and training: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to help team members improve their sales skills.

  • Performance evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

  • Performance analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Customer service: Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to create a cohesive sales approach.

  • Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
