Job Description:
What Youll Be Doing
- Implement efficient recruitment processes and adhere to best practices to achieve target hiring goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent, leveraging traditional and innovative methods.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging talent needs. Analyze competitive landscapes and provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment pipeline and generate insightful reports.
- Prioritize timely communication and personalized interactions with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives to enhance the employer brand.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in mass recruitment, preferably in BPO or F&B industry
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to guide and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- A passion for building strong relationships and creating a positive candidate experience
- A data-driven approach to recruitment, with a focus on measuring and improving key metrics
