Based primarily in Ho Chi Minh City, this position offers flexibility with a possible hybrid working model. Youll work on complex enterprise-level systems that touch areas like engineering simulation, optimization, and project execution. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product Management, UI/UX, Data Science, and Data Engineering to interpret business needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Help define and build resilient, scalable, and secure systems architecture to support long-term development efforts.
• Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with best practices.
• Take part in code reviews, software testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Contribute to resolving production issues and improving system reliability.
• Identify potential technical risks or dependencies and proactively suggest resolutions.
• Offer insight into architectural trade-offs and recommend practical technology approaches that balance innovation with business goals.

Your Background

• Over 3 years of hands-on backend development experience. Candidates with stronger experience may be considered for a senior-level role.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (especially React.js) is a strong plus.
• Experience in AI/ML or data engineering is a significant bonus.
• Comfortable working in agile development environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Confident communicator in English, both verbal and written.
• Open-minded, curious, and ready to challenge conventional thinking.
• Prior experience building complex systems that involve multiple departments or business units.
• Solid experience with Python (preferably Django) and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. If Python isnt your primary language but youve used it meaningfully, youre still encouraged to apply.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to cloud services (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and managing technical tasks.
• Proven track record in building integrated, data-intensive applications.
