We are looking for a Project Recruiter to join our People Team, working on THIENTU's hiring projects. You’ll play a vital role in acquiring and attracting exceptional talent to build a world-class team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment life cycle for a variety of roles. This involves:
Owning the process to ensure timely, quality hires while maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
Developing creative sourcing channels, building pipelines, conducting market talent mapping, and maintaining relationships with high-potential candidates.
Collaborating with the recruitment team and engaging directly with the client HR team to understand project-specific manpower needs, align on requirements, and provide strategic recruitment advice.
Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process

Experience: 01 years in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or related fields (expertise in sourcing is a plus but not required).
