About The Role

Were looking for a Talent Consultant Intern to join our Talent Consultant team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating new profiles, maintaining existing profiles on our system, and supporting the Talent Consultant team.

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting the Talent Consultant team by creating profiles from scraped data, recruiters, current jobs, or new target positions.
• Sourcing quality candidates to meet hiring needs in a timely manner.
• Reaching out to candidates to interest them in opportunities and obtaining their latest CVs.
• Executing the sourcing/screening process efficiently and maintaining an organized candidate pool.
• Providing support on administrative matters and regularly updating the ATS/manual systems.
• Train for data entry task to manage candidates profile in database

Who We Are Looking For

• Senior students from Human Resourcing Management, Office Management, and any other department/ major, with passion and strong willingness to grow in the Human Resources industry.
• Available for a full-time job with flexible working options (open hybrid working)
• Proficient in general MS Office applications
• Good English language skills
• Eager to think outside the box
• People-oriented personality
