We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to ensure our mobile applications meet the highest quality standards before reaching users. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and leadership to uphold the integrity of mobile apps and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement testing strategies aligned with business goals to ensure products meet functional, performance, and security benchmarks. Provide mentorship to QA analysts.
• Test Planning & Execution Design and manage comprehensive test plans for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Process Improvement & Best Practices Continuously analyze and refine testing methodologies, introduce test automation, improve coverage, and establish best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Client & Business Understanding Gain deep insights into client needs and business objectives, ensuring that QA efforts align with user expectations and product goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in QA, programming, or a combination of both.
• Strong ability to perform manual testing for mobile apps, websites (on both desktop and mobile devices), and device-driven software using various testing techniques.
• Experience in Accessibility Testing and Compatibility Testing, with a strong focus on UI/UX and pixel-perfect design implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation for mobile apps; experience with Performance Testing and Security Testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMS and website builder tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of web browsers, mobile device market shares, versions, and functionality.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including mobile tech stacks, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Lean, Agile, or Scrum. Our team fosters a collaborative, exploratory, and risk-based testing environment.
