1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
(40%) Creative
-
Collaborate with the Creative Team, especially the Art Team, to develop and execute creative ideas for various projects/campaigns.

Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Creative Team to develop concepts, big ideas, and execution ideas for communication campaigns.
(50%) Design
-
Design digital assets for platforms such as Facebook Fanpage, YouTube, Zalo, Instagram, and other social media channels.
-
Design websites and landing pages.
-
Design print materials and POSM (Point of Sales Materials).
-
Create 2D motion graphics and video editing.
(10%) Professional Development
-
Learn and perform Art Director (AD) tasks under the guidance of the AD.
Job Requirements
Technical/Professional Requirements
-
At least 2 years of experience as a Designer; prior experience at a creative agency is a plus.

Strong skills in graphic design, motion graphics, or multimedia design; proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.

Demonstrated creativity and design thinking; good understanding of user-friendly design and optimization of visuals for digital advertising.

Knowledge of layout and color theory in graphic design; hand sketching skills are a plus.
English communication
