Talent Acquisition Specialists
Job Description:
THIENTU BPO & HR is hiring a proactive and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!
This role is perfect for someone passionate about recruitment and building connections with top talent. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our HR services by identifying, attracting, and engaging the best candidates to meet our clients needs.
1. Talent Attraction and Management (70%)
- Responsible for both mass recruitment (80%) and other-level positions (20%) based on project requirements.
- Understand the organizational structure and proactively review and advise on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and mobility needs.
- Support the analysis of talent development needs across assigned departments and propose relevant development activities.
2. Employee Engagement and Employer Branding (20%)
- Conduct employee relations activities and communicate effectively within assigned departments, including disciplinary consulting when required.
- Actively identify retention and engagement issues, propose solutions, and implement strategies to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.
3. HR Reporting and Processes (10%)
- Provide weekly or monthly HR reports to leadership, including an overview of workforce data, recruitment status, resignations, exit interviews, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate proactively with other HR teams on company-wide HR processes.
- Execute other tasks and projects as needed to meet business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or Business Administration.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of mass recruitment or general recruitment experience.
- Key Skills: Proven expertise in recruiting for high-volume roles and building candidate pipelines.
- Preferred Background: Experience in startups, multi-industry groups, or headhunting is a plus.
- Personal Traits: Proactive, with strong time management skills.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a plus.
